Baileys Grove Campground
Baileys Harbor, WI
Baileys Grove Campground is one spot I'd very much like to come back to. It seems like a great place to make base camp if you're going out fishing on Lake Michigan (something I've promised my son we'd do someday!). They even charter fishing trips out onto the Lake right from Baileys Grove.
Overall the campground is very clean and park like. They have a good combination of tent, pop-up, and RV sites. The tent sites are the most wooded.
The RV sites, with full hookup, are your typical RV sites. Slant pull through sites with very few, and small, trees. But, if you have a comfy motor home with air conditioning that you can retreat to, then greenery may not be a priority. (Maybe that's why RV "parks" are more like parking lots...?)
Baileys Grove Campground even have complimentary popcorn at the end of the day in the office. It's a nice touch added to an already nice campground. You can munch on it while surfing the 'net on your laptop in their lounge or patio areas.
The main buildings seem very new, and therefore very clean and well-kept. The bath house, too.
A nice, average sized pool makes for a nice spot to cool off after a hard day fishing. It's right next to their stellar bath house.
The staff at Baileys Grove Campground is also very friendly and helpful. They even offer free fishing advice and stories :) .

They have info on fishing and the marina, current events and festivals, other lodging options, restaurants, shops, and a neat photo gallery.WisTravel.com has a nice few pages on Baileys Harbor.
