Newport Park

We are a family of two adults and 4 children, ages 4 and 15.

Our children were so caught up in video games and television that we thought it would be nice to take them camping, and expose them to the beauty of nature. New Port state park is a safe, clean place for families to enjoy various activities together and to relax or be as active as desired. Hiking, swimming in Lake Michigan and meeting new friends are always a part of the experience. The facilities are clean and the water is very good for drinking. Camping at its best.
